Made by Frolla Mania

Frolla Mania was founded by chef Shoruq Burjaq, whose love for food has always been rooted in flavour, care and everyday pleasure.

Mighty Bar started in her own kitchen, as something she made for herself to take to the gym or enjoy between meals — a snack that felt practical, but still worth eating.

Soon, she was making them not only for herself, but for friends too. What began as a personal recipe slowly became something bigger: a bar shaped by real routines, honest feedback and the desire to keep the pleasure of food at the centre.
